2018 CHILDREN'S christmas
This years 2018 KIDS of all sizes Christmas was a great success. They had fun making ornaments, decorating Christmas cookies, painting happy rocks, story time and playing games. And then out of know were OLE SAINT NICK was carted in the building by The Cart Caravan. With much delight Santa had a blast and all the Children received gifts and sat on Santa's lap and whispered in his ear all the nice gifts they would like this year. Thanks to all the Lenoir County Shrinettes, Cart Caravan and the Sudan Motor Patrol for all their hard work, cooking hamburgers and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy.
On Wednesday April 5, 2017 we held our First Annual Past President Banquet. There were several Past President from our Shriners and Shrinettes. Also in attendance was our Potentate Stacy Pugh and several members of the Divan. Thanks to all who could attend.
On May 10, 2017 the Lenoir County Shrine Club presented three Nobles with years of service pins. In attendance were several members of the Divan. First Ceremonial Cleve Woolard had the honor of presenting the Nobles. For his 25 years of service was Noble William H. Tyndall, next was Noble Jr. Whaley for 50 years of service and Noble Samuel Rigsbee for his 50 years of service. After the service awards, Sudan Motor Patrol Captain Andy Heath presented Chief Rabban Teeny Jones a check for the Shriners's Hospital for Children in memory of Sudan Motor Patrol Past Captain Henry Heath. Next Noble Claude Stroud presented Chief Rabban Teeny Jones a check for the Shriners's Hospital for Children in memory of Noble Rickie A. Pearson, Sr. and last Shrine Club President Spillman Grice presented Chief Rabban Teeny Jones a check for the Shriners's Hospital for Children in memory of Nobles Henry Heath and Noble Rickie A. Pearson, Sr.
